TheTasteHQ is an independent recipe site for home cooks. It covers Pakistani, Indian, Italian, French and Korean cooking, desserts, chai and drinks, and the pantry basics that make them easier. It’s based in the Netherlands.
The aim is simple: clear recipes in metric and US measurements, honest notes about what’s tricky, and real swaps for ingredients you can’t find where you live.
What you’ll find here
- Pakistani, Indian, Italian, French and Korean recipes. Home cooking, from weeknight dinners to special-occasion dishes.
- Desserts. Milk puddings, halwas, tarts, cakes and frozen sweets.
- Drinks & Chai. Chai, lassi, mocktails, specialty teas and café-style coffees.

How the recipes get written
Recipes are written with AI assistance and reviewed by a human editor. Each one is researched from reliable cooking and food-safety sources and written as original text. Recipes haven’t been cooked in a home kitchen by us, so taste and adjust as you go. The full process is on the Editorial Policy page.
